We, HS United European Connectors GmbH & Co. A. General
For better understanding, a sex-specific differentiation is not used in our data protection statement. In the sense of equal treatment, corresponding concepts apply for both genders.

The meaning of the terms used, such as personal data or their processing can be found in Article 4 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data of the users processed within the framework of the online offering include existing data (e.g. name and addresses of customers), contract data (e.g. services used, names of processing employees, payment information), usage date (e.g. Websites of our online offering visited, interest in our products) and content data (e.g. entries in the contact form). We guarantee that we only collect, process, store and use your data created in the context of the processing of your requests as well as for internal purposes and in order to provide services requested by you or to provide content.

Foundations for the data processing
We process personal data of the users solely in compliance with the relevant data protection provisions. Storage duration of your personal data
We observe the principles of data minimisation and prevention. This means that we only store your data made available to us for as long as necessary to fulfil the above purposes or as defined by the varied storage periods intended by the legislator. If the relevant purpose no longer applies or on expiry of the corresponding periods, your data are routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the legal regulations. This also includes the origin and recipient of your data as well as the purpose of data processing.

b) Right to correction

c) Right to blocking
You may also have your data blocked. So that blocking of your data can be considered at all times, these data must be kept in a block file for control purposes.

d) Right to deletion
You may also request the deletion of your personal data insofar as no legal retention obligations exist. If such an obligation exists, we block your data on request. If corresponding legal requirements are given, we will also delete your personal data without the existence of a corresponding request.

e) Right to data portability
You are authorised to request us to provide the personal data sent to us in a format that permits transmission to another party.

f) Right to complain to a supervisory authority

g) Right of objection
You have the right to withdraw the use of your data for internal purposes with effect for the future at any time. To this end, it is sufficient to send a corresponding email to musch@ddsk.de. Such a withdrawal, however, does not affect the lawfulness of the processing procedures conducted until then by us. Unaffected by this is the data processing regarding all other legal bases, such as agreement initiation (see above).
